The IT Analyst will manage local IT assets and systems used by Baker Hughes. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts, security policies, and step-by-step procedures to a mix of technical and non-technical staff and occasionally to clients or business partners / vendors. This role involves acting as a champion, advisor, and liaison for all aspects of end-user support, emphasizing a strong customer-service orientation and user experience focus. The IT Analyst aligns the team with CTO strategic objectives and business processes to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the IT Analyst facilitates key processes between their area and other CTO solutions teams, including incident and problem management, knowledge management, service process design, and performance evaluation.

As an IT Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for :

Setting and reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incidents and problem management to ensure goals are met.

Prioritizing and aligning client service requests and initiatives strategically.

Building and maintaining effective working relationships, ensuring resources and technical needs are understood and planned.

Managing relationships with management stakeholders and external third-party resources as required.

Measuring customer satisfaction and taking action with the team to improve it.

Promoting continuous improvements and manage quality reviews. (After Action Reviews)

Participating in deployment activities and sign-off processes.

Supporting customer-specific processes to ensure success in DT Client Services.

Share process knowledge across teams and encourage collaboration.

Engaging in change management activities as required.

Being an escalation point for non-solved requirements or issues. Designing and monitoring request handling and escalation policies for end-user computing support.

Collaborating closely with local DT EUS manager to inform DT budget needs and evaluate operational costs

Executing PC replacement plans and assisting in developing financial models and budget projections.

Coordinating delivery and management of end-user computing devices, including installation, maintenance, support, and retirement.

Leading the evaluation, purchasing, deployment, inventory, lifecycle, and replacement of end-user technology equipment.

Guiding and supporting team members while efficiently overseeing outsourced resources.

Being action-oriented and striving for results.

To be successful in this role you will :

Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR high school / GED with at least 5 years of experience in support services.
