Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and project alignment. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a productive work environment. Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize project disruptions. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in processes and project delivery standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have : proven expertise in managing construction projects from start to finish. Ability to lead and oversee more junior individuals. 8-12+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor. Strong tenure with previous employers. Someone who can hit the ground running. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and engage with stakeholders. Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in construction. Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout project execution. A collaborative mindset with the ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
