Die Maintenance Specialist

General :

Hands-on supervisor of multi-skilled die maintenance area including all aspects of die condition corrective action preventive maintenance machine shop and associated personnel.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Manpower scheduling and planning.
• Implement die problem root cause and corrective action investigation procedures.
• Development implementation and management of preventive Maintenance programs for all dies.
• Development and management of all Die Maintenance policies practices and procedures.
• Development implementation and management of Die Maintenance Associate Skill-Up programs.
• Development and management of DT priority schedule.
• Overall responsibility for Die Maintenance and Machine Shop safety quality cost and delivery.
• Other duties as required by management.
