Human Resources Manager Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operational processes through a team of HR professionals - including new hire and exit processing, attendance, unemployment, etc.
• Administer human resources policies and procedures
• Investigate employee relations issues and discipline
• Coach managers on HR processes and procedures
• Manage and administer employee leaves
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) concerning employment, including security officer licensing
• Manage employee uniform process and front desk team
• Other duties as assigned
