Family Medicine Physician – Rural Critical Access Hospital

A 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE is expanding its primary care team. This community-focused organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established group.

Position Highlights

• Team : Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPs
• Schedule : 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
• Clinic Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Workflow : Morning hospital rounds followed by clinic
• Patient Volume : 16–20 patients per day
• Services : Office-based procedures
• Patient Population : Primarily adult and geriatric, with opportunity to grow pediatrics
• Call : 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital
