As a Memory Care Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional services within Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This leadership role involves overseeing resident services, staff recruitment and training, regulatory compliance, and program development, all while fostering a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do

• Oversee resident services and ensure quality care aligned with Sagewood and Acacia Health Center standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for team members.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff, contractors, and volunteers.
• Manage service plans, medication management systems, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and community health partners.
• Develop and implement innovative programs that improve residents' quality of life.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and grounds.
• Actively engage with residents and families to promote satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
