Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipmentincluding plows / trenchers, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, bulldozers, and front-end loadersto support construction and project-related activities.

Qualification standards include :

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and report any issues or required repairs.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment such as greasing, lubrication, and fluid checks.
• Follow site-specific safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project goals and schedules.
• Read and interpret grade stakes and project specifications as needed for accurate operation.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and physically demanding work environments.
• Work independently while maintaining a team-oriented, safety-focused mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including labor tasks when equipment is not in use.
