Job Summary :
Are you passionate about hospitality and events? We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to be the vital connection between our clients and internal staff-ensuring catered events are executed flawlessly from setup to last-minute changes.
Whether it's a cruise group breakfast, corporate luncheon, or holiday banquet, you'll be the go-to expert making sure every detail is right, and every guest is satisfied.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Review and inspect food & beverage event setups before client arrival
- Greet and support clients onsite during their event, acting as the point person for all F&B service needs
- Monitor and implement last-minute updates, including changes to menus or layouts
- Maintain accurate event documents, including Function Orders (FOs) and Change Sheets
- Update digital and paper signage to reflect current events and menus
- Facilitate professional and timely communication between catering staff, kitchen, sales team, and clients
- Log post-event notes and client feedback in the shared event tracking system
- Resolve issues on the spot, ensuring guest satisfaction while staying aligned with company policies
- Participate in pre-event planning meetings as needed
- Support the F&B team with additional duties related to successful event execution
What You Bring :
Prior experience in catering, food service, banquets, or hospitality events (conference center or hotel preferred)Strong communication and multitasking skills in fast-paced environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools and signage systemsAbility to work under pressure, think on your feet, and manage multiple moving partsDetail-oriented with a positive, client-first mindsetPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances across a large facilityWork Environment & Schedule :
