Local Travel LPN - Skilled Nursing Facility - North of Boise, Idaho

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week (with options for additional hours)

Weekly Compensation : Up to $1,755 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local travel contract at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Boise, ID . Job Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications, monitor patient health, and perform routine nursing tasks
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and ensure patient comfort
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state / federal regulations
