• Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz (NST Law), one of the largest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms in the Southeast, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team in Memphis, TN.

• The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong litigation skills, capable of managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed
• Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
• At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload
