Job Summary The Marketing Associate supports the work of the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
They assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
Their main focus is managing social media messaging, writing articles, filming videos, representing AVT at trade shows, and taking pictures at events and around the company. This is not a Remote (work from home) position.
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Supports marketing executives in organizing various projects.
Conducts market research and analyzes consumer rating reports / questionnaires.
Employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, video data, rankings etc.).
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Updates spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
Assists in the planning and organizing of promotional events Assists in traditional or digital campaigns and attends them to facilitate their success.
Prepares and delivers promotional presentations.
Composes and posts online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
Writes marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Communicates brand stories indirectly through assisting with video / photo campaigns Understands each program to be able to inform Marketing teammates what newsworthy activity exists within the organization.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing Understand how to post and edit to WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Must have a high level of creativity Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Understanding of Photography and Videography basics.
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice Must possess a positive personality to successfully represent AVT at trade shows, socials, luncheons etc., Must possess a valid driver’s license.
