TipLink is looking for an experienced Mobile developer to join our engineering team. You'll be playing a foundational role in building out our mobile offering, including iOS and Android apps in React Native. You should be passionate about creating compelling user experiences. You will be shaping many people's first experience with crypto, from idea generation all the way up to implementation and fine-tuning. We need someone who can come up with practical solutions for difficult engineering problems without compromising on the usability people have come to expect from Web2. You will be a core team member with a huge say in our architecture, design philosophy, and product roadmap. We seek exceptional talent to build the next generation of user experiences in crypto, enabling us to change the world of payments.

Responsibilities

• Own our upcoming mobile app across Android and iOS
• Help design a secure self-custody solution that can scale to support moving people's entire financial lives on-chain
• Speak directly with users to collect stories and identify key features
• Maintain a high bar for other team developers through architecture and design review, estimation, code reviews, and education
