Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the transport of biological specimens, reports, and supplies, ensuring accurate tracking from pickup to delivery. You will act as a liaison between internal and external partners, managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Continuously improve logistics workflows, build vendor relationships, and manage reporting, protocols, and scorecards.
  • Track specimens efficiently, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor courier / vendor performance, provide feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and manage service levels to meet operational goals.
  • Collect data, analyze trends, and implement actions for improvement, including updating internal systems as needed.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Knowledge of shipping logistics, including UPS and FedEx network and services.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of products and services for effective inbound and outbound call.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to sit / stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a service-related field.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

    The base salary range for this position is $27,040, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
