REPORTS TO : Nutrition & Education Programs Supervisor

Adagio Health is looking to hire a full-time Health & Nutrition Educator for its Langley office to serve Allegheny County partners. The pay for this position is $19.40 / hour.

The Health & Nutrition Educator will support the implementation of :

• SNAP-Education - a program delivering nutrition and physical activity to the low-income population along with public health approaches to support implementing education into action.
• Teen Outreach Program (TOP)- a social-emotional learning curricula designed for middle and high school youth.
• Additional programs related to public health as applicable.
