Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for team members
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items
- Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as a coordination point between cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking
- Provide proactive support to enable smooth HR project operations
Requirements
Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Administrative, or Team Coordinator roleStrong skills with productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)Excellent organization and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while engaging with multiple stakeholders
