Working knowledge of Ethernet based intranets both wired and wireless with associated interfaces to the internet. Ability to multi-task and provide high levels of customer service in a fast paced environment. Competent and professional written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Positive attitude toward both individual and team environments. Ability to read and follow documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. High School diploma or equivalent The selected candidate will be working in a network operations center within a normal office environment as part of a NOC team.
Tier I NOC Technician
QEH2, a mature and growing managed server provider in the Sapulpa area, is looking for an articulate and professional Tier 1 NOC technician with opportunities for advancement. Our network operations center technicians work regularly with customers and must be able to resolve technical day to day issues. They are also responsible for monitoring customers' systems, software and networks.
Essential Functions
- Tier I level troubleshooting of customer systems.
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Opens, responds to, and closes trouble tickets.
- Communicates via phone and email with customers and teammates.
