Location : Downtown Houston
Type : Temporary (December 2025 ? February 2026)
Schedule : Monday?Friday, 8 : 00 AM?5 : 00 PM (100% in-office)
Parking : Validated (garage located two blocks away)
Pay : $25 / hour - $28.85 / hour (depending on experience)
A leading real estate investment organization is seeking a professional, service-oriented Mailroom Associate to support its corporate headquarters. This role is a temporary assignment with potential consideration for the permanent opening once internal realignment is complete.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting a large corporate employee base. The position requires extensive walking and daily mail / parcels drop-offs (including through the downtown tunnels).
Role Overview
The Mailroom Associate plays a key role in delivering shipping, receiving, and print services for the organization?s headquarters. You will oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, maintain print and toner supplies, assist with vendor coordination, and ensure a high standard of customer service for internal departments.

Qualifications
2-5 years of professional experience (mailroom, office services, facilities, or related support roles REQUIRED)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build positive internal relationships
Experience with maintenance or work order systems a plus
Commitment to hospitality and corporate service excellence
