Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work on several projects involving process improvement efforts to newly upgraded systems. In this role you will be responsible for gathering functional business requirements through leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting those requirements in a clear, concise way, translating those requirements to the technical resources and being a resource to users as they test the software as needed. It is critical this person has experience in any of the following areas : financial services, banking, projects involving workflow systems or document repository system improvements. This BA will be responsible for creating workflows, business requirements documents, potentially user stories. These requirements will be stored in JIRA and tools used will also include the Microsoft Suite and Lucid. If you have an inquisitive mind, are skilled at extracting information from non-technical users and translating that to technical members of the project team this could be a great opportunity to work with a growing company that is doing exciting work to improve their systems and processes.

Required Skills :

• Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience leading business requirements sessions
• Experience creating detailed business functional requirements documentation, process flow diagrams and user stories
• Skilled in using tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA and Lucid
• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitive mindset, able to draw information out of people and capture it in a concise, clear way
