Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team in the design, development, and maintenance of business application software. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor software engineers and SDETs for efficient software design, development, and deployment Collaborate with other leaders to improve software development processes and product quality Establish and implement software development standards and best practices for high-quality software delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline required (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or SDET 2+ years of experience managing software engineers, including coaching and performance measurement Strong technical background in software engineering and development, including knowledge of software development life cycle best practices Experience with Agile software development methodology and familiarity with AI / ML technologies is a plus
