We are seeking a VP of Technology Operations to join our team. You will report directly to our CTO & Co-Founder. You will provide visionary leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our products and services.

This role requires a proven technology leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, capable of balancing long-term innovation with day-to-day operational excellence. You'll lead teams across IT, DevOps, and SRE, while also shaping our AI adoption strategy and strengthening the resilience of our technology stack.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology operations strategy aligned with Nomi Health's mission and business goals.
• Balance tactical execution with long-term strategic initiatives to ensure both immediate efficiency and future scalability.
• Technical Leadership & Team Management
• Provide forward-thinking leadership in designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Champion best practices in CI / CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor the Technology Operations and SRE teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Establish and oversee monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes to maintain high availability and performance.
• AI Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Identify and assess opportunities to integrate AI into internal workflows, products, and customer-facing tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.
• Infrastructure & Operations Management
• Oversee IT systems, DevOps environments, and AWS cloud operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across divisions.
• Partner with Security & Compliance teams to implement robust cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Continuously optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Product Team Collaboration
• Work closely with product teams to align infrastructure with product requirements and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions that strengthen Nomi's offerings and improve operational efficiency.
• Budget, Vendor & Financial Management
• Manage and optimize the IT and infrastructure budget, balancing cost with scalability and innovation.
• Partner with Finance to ensure technology investments are aligned with company financial objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and service quality.
• Process Improvement & Innovation
• Drive process automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across technology operations.
• Apply Agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster cross-functional collaboration, and increase transparency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Nomi's competitive advantage.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership and division heads, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, building support for initiatives across the organization.
