Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Richmond VA Hybrid 3 days onsite per week

Interview : In-person

Job Description :

• Analyze and review complex systems and business processes; break them into manageable parts.
• Identify and resolve root causes of business and system issues.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops for requirements gathering.
• Write clear testable and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
• Use Azure DevOps (TFS) for managing Agile items (Epics Features User Stories Tasks Test Plans and Test Cases).
• Create diagrams and wireframes (Visio) to visualize system modifications and workflows.
• Prepare documentation and deliver presentations for both technical and business audiences.
• Translate technical discussions into business terms and vice versa.
• Manage and support Agile / Scrum and Waterfall project environments including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document and model business processes using Swim Lane and Flow Chart diagrams.
• Assist in rollout and adoption of new systems or processes.
• Negotiate priorities handle pushback and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
