Clinical Technician 1 Oncology and Post-Op

Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician to join the Oncology and Post-Op Unit. This role will be full time, Days 7AM - 7.30PM. Three 12 hours shifts per week, days, vary, rotating weekends. Candidate must be able to attend a paid 6 week training period

Clinical Technician Job Responsibilities :

The Clinical Technician 1 assists in the delivery of direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Communicates and collaborates with care team members to implement the plan of care to meet individualized and developmental patient care outcomes. Partners with the Registered Nurse to create a professional development plan to gain the necessary skills to deliver up to date patient care and utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice while enhancing outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Shift : Days 7AM - 7.30PM

Schedule : Three 12 hour shifts per week (with every other weekend rotation)

Training : Candidate must be able to attend a 6 week training period
