Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance. You will deliver exceptional customer service while diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and mobile devices. This role will also involve maintaining documentation, performing routine tasks, and contributing to special projects that improve IT operations and the user experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to employees in person, via phone, or email, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals while conducting routine maintenance and repairs.
• Log and track help desk interactions, escalate urgent issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain system security and data integrity, simulating user issues for effective troubleshooting.
• Assist in updating training materials and providing user training as needed.
• Support IT projects, prepare relevant reports, and liaise with vendors for upgrades and maintenance.
• Monitor and report recurring issues to management while staying current with system updates and industry trends.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of desktop and printing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations including BSA / AML and OSHA standards.
