Job Summary

The FP&A Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our tri-trade services business, which operates across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Analyst will partner closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational performance. Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic re-forecasts, incorporating input from business unit leaders and operational teams.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, margins, expenses, and cash flow specific to the tri-trade business model.
• Support multi-year financial planning to align with strategic growth initiatives.
