Overview
BryceTech is seeking a Program Evaluation Specialist to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). The Specialist will lead the development and execution of program evaluations, including data collection, management, and reporting protocols, to ensure programs are effectively achieving their goals and objectives. This role provides objective, data-driven insights that inform program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Establish consistent systems and procedures for data collection, management, and reporting.
Conduct in-depth analysis of programs, services, and activities to determine performance outcomes and areas for improvement.
Provide objective and unbiased evaluations to ensure accountability and alignment with ITA’s strategic goals.
Prepare evaluation reports, summaries, and recommendations for program leadership.
Collaborate with program managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure evaluations are integrated into planning and decision-making.
Review and evaluate proposals for new projects to assess feasibility and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, or applied research.
Strong analytical skills with experience in designing and implementing evaluation methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong writing and communication skills to prepare and present evaluation findings.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Master’s degree in public policy, evaluation, or a related discipline.
Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Familiarity with federal program evaluation standards and practices.
Experience developing both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple evaluation projects simultaneously.
