Activity Therapist - Subacute

This is a part-time, day shift position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. The hospital has a rich history, having begun in 1965 as Corona Community Hospital and merging with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 to become Corona Regional Medical Center. It is a 238-bed community hospital network with a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. The hospital is certified by The Joint Commission and employs more than 1,250 healthcare workers.

Reporting to the Director, this position will coordinate the activity program for the Subacute unit, including assessment of residents, development and implementation of residents plan of care, and documentation in the residents medical record. Development of program policies and procedures is also required.

Qualifications : Six months recent experience as an Activity Coordinator in a Subacute setting required. Activity Coordinator Certificate required. Current BLS (CPR) certificate required.
