Scope Of The Role :
We're seeking a versatile Account Manager to join a growing team specializing in healthcare marketing and patient acquisition. This hybrid role blends account management, client success, and business development ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment where relationships and results come first.
You'll be the key bridge between healthcare clients and our internal marketing team ensuring satisfaction, spotting growth opportunities, and supporting outbound prospecting campaigns using tools like Apollo and Cognism.

Account Management & Client Success :
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and partners.
- Understand each client's growth goals and align marketing solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities across service offerings.
- Track client activity, feedback, and success metrics; maintain organized notes and follow-ups.
