Responsibilities :

• Provide expert nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery, working closely with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, educate patients and families on post-op care, and provide compassionate support throughout the entire surgical process.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage pain control during and after surgery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including anesthesia records and surgical reports.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
• Stay current with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices in perioperative care.
