Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

20+ years of progressive experience in PR, social media, and content strategy, ideally in an agency or fast-paced consultancy.

Proven success in leading and mentoring teams while fostering collaboration and innovation.

A track record of crafting impactful PR strategies and securing meaningful media coverage.

Expertise in social media platforms, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends.

Exceptional storytelling skills and content creation experience across various platforms.

Strong analytical abilities to use data for optimization and innovation.

Outstanding relationship-building skills with clients, media, and team members.
