Summary
As a Consultant, Business Analyst and Program Management , you will be a key leader in our digital transformation initiatives for banking and capital markets clients. This role is a hybrid of strategic business analysis and tactical program oversight. You will be responsible for defining project scope, gathering requirements, and ensuring that a portfolio of interrelated projects aligns with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams will be critical to the success of the program.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Analysis : Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify and define strategic business problems and opportunities. Translate these high-level objectives into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Program Management & Execution : Oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of interconnected projects. This includes developing program roadmaps, managing dependencies, and ensuring all projects stay on track to achieve the overall program goals.
- Requirements & Process Definition : Lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews. Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications to ensure a shared understanding of project needs across the organization.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management : Act as the primary liaison between business, data engineering, and analytics teams. You will manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Risk & Change Management : Proactively identify and assess program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Manage program-level changes and their impact on project scope and timelines.
- Knowledge Transfer & Documentation : Ensure all program knowledge is documented and transferred effectively to a wider, distributed team. This includes creating clear process flows, project documentation, and training materials.
Eligibility Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in a business analyst, project management, or program management role, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing the full lifecycle of complex projects or programs, from initial ideation to successful implementation.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levelsMethodologies : Experience with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Tooling : Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Data & Analytics : A strong understanding of data concepts, data warehousing, and business intelligence (BI) tools is highly desirable to effectively communicate with data engineering and analytics teams.Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a significant plus.Certifications : Certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a bonus.In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
