Position Summary

The TRIO Talent Search Program Coordinator supports the mission of OSSA / TRIO by providing direct services to TRIO eligible students (first generation and low income) to increase their academic success and postsecondary enrollment. The coordinator is responsible for advising and mentoring students, facilitating college and career readiness workshops, assisting with financial aid and admissions processes, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with federal grant objectives. The position also builds and sustains strong partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations to enhance program impact. Through these responsibilities, the coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the Talent Search program meets its objectives, supports student success, and upholds the integrity of federal funding.
