The Opportunity

ZINC Realty is hiring a Field Operations Specialist to be the on-the-ground extension of our acquisitions and operations teams. You'll execute neighborhood canvassing, post required property notices, deliver community flyers, capture site photos, perform occupancy / condition checks, coordinate basic field tasks, and keep meticulous records—so deals move from lead to close without a hitch. This role is perfect for a dependable self-starter who enjoys working independently in a fast-moving, process-driven environment.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3+ years in field ops, inspections, property preservation, or related work
• Strong communication & documentation skills; bilingual a plus
• Organizational skills to manage routes & timelines
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps; Salesforce CRM preferred
• Valid CA driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, clean record
• Ability to walk neighborhoods, carry signage / lockboxes, and work outdoors
