Process Technician – Suzhou Junchuang Auto Technologies

Suzhou Junchuang Auto Technologies, founded in 2005, is based in Mudu Town, China – a historic area by Taihu Lake. Work Environment :

Modern offices with advanced IT systems
High-tech plastic injection molding facility
Some exposure to typical factory conditions (mild odors, temperature changes)
Strong focus on safety

Requirements / Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports

Generate mold flow analysis reports

Create 3D mold design data

Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) and 2D manufacturing drawings

Prepare Engineering Change Notice (ECN) analysis reports

Generate ECN documentation

Update 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for mold modifications

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of working experiences in the field

Mold design

Skilled in using such software as UG, CAD and MS Office.

Data Management

Coordination and communication skills with employees in the same or other departments.

Fluent in English
