Salary and Benefits

• Base salary : $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-on bonus : Paid 50% upfront, 50% after one year
• Relocation assistance : Up to $5,000
• 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)
• CME : 1 week and $3,500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
• 10-11 paid holidays annually
• Full benefits : Medical, dental, vision
• 403(b) retirement with 1 : 1 match up to $3,500
• DEA and license reimbursement
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
• Work at one of two sites (no inter-site travel required)
• Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen
