The Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic insights to help guide business decisions. This role requires developing financial models, conducting performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The Financial Analyst will also help ensure compliance with financial guidelines, Company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making
- Create budgets for all operation locations and corporate departments
- Create financial reports for Executive Team, banks, and auditors
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and goals
- Identify financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform other related duties or ad hoc projects as needed or assigned

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economicsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a financial analysis roleHospitality industry experience (e.g., restaurant / retail) a plusWORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Normal office environment with standard lighting and average noise levels. Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer. Regular / repetitive use of hands and fingers to operate computer components (e.g., keyboard, mouse, etc.). Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds, bend, reach, and squat. May need to stand or walk for extended periods.
