Responsibilities :

• Estimate electrical and fire protection projects.
• Plan labor, equipment, and materials from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Manage field personnel and subcontractors daily.
• Maintain compliance with construction standards and codes.
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure future work.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Meet quarterly and annual performance goals tied to incentives.
