Travel Pipe Welder Position

Pay : $50 / hr Per Diem : $140 Work located in Newport News, VA

Job Description : Five years of commercial / naval experience as a first-class Pipe Welder. Perform multi-pass, all-position fillet, and butt welds using the SMAW process. Fuse inserts and weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel pipe using the SMAW and GTAW processes. Mirror weld using SMAW and GTAW processes. Work in physically demanding environments, including shipboard settings, sub-assemblies, and staging areas.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
