Our client is looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent!
Leasing Agent Qualifications :
- Minimum 1–2 years of leasing experience in LIHTC properties
- Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance and affordable housing regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
- Additional certifications in fair housing or LIHTC compliance a plus
