Overview :

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists and Clinic Managers for our Phoenix, AZ outpatient orthopedic clinics. Clinic Manager candidates must have at least one year of prior physical therapy experience. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with consideration given to candidates who can commit to 32 or more hours weekly.

The Physical Therapist will treat patients of all ages with conditions aimed at reducing pain and improving or restoring mobility. The Phoenix facilities support multiple skilled providers to serve a diverse patient population. Clinic Managers will balance leadership responsibilities alongside direct patient care.

Both staff-level and Clinic Manager candidates are encouraged to apply. Caseloads include pre-op, post-op, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and workers' compensation cases.

General orthopedic caseload

Patients of all ages

Clinic Managers combine patient care with managerial duties

Job Requirements :

Graduation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)

Eligible for physical therapy licensure in Arizona

Team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills

Minimum one year of PT experience required for Clinic Manager role

Full-time availability required for Clinic Manager (32+ hours considered)

Staff-level PTs : full-time preferred; part-time candidates with 20+ hours and evening availability two nights per week considered
