Key Responsibilities : Own the hiring process end-to-end, including job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, and offers Recruit for various roles across engineering and other functions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and build teams Required Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in engineering roles Technical credibility with familiarity in modern engineering stacks like Typescript, React, and AWS Experience designing and running hiring processes from sourcing to hire Comfortable hiring across borders and managing time zones Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
