We offer competitive starting pay of $17 / hr, which includes a base of $16.50 / hr plus a 50 cent on-site differential, with 40 hour work weeks.

What are your responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist?

You will offer world-class customer service by addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Responsibilities will include order processing, updating accounts, managing records, multitasking effectively, and exhibiting strong attention to detail.

• Qualifications for the Customer Support Specialist position :
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
