About The Position

🏥 Family Medicine Physician – High-Impact Safety Net Clinic

💼 Full-Time | OB Optional | ✅ J-1 & H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available

Join a mission-driven team , providing compassionate care at a respected outpatient safety-net clinic. We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality care to a diverse, underserved patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. OB is optional.

🗓️ Schedule & Practice Highlights

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.

Call : Light and minimal

All-ages care : Pediatrics through geriatrics

Perform procedures such as skin biopsies, suturing, joint injections, and more

Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and APPs

Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary : $240,000–$260,000 + production incentives

Malpractice + tail coverage – paid in full

CME : $3,000 and 5 days annually

PTO : 27 days off + 7 holidays

Additional $3,000 for dues, memberships, and journals

✅ Qualifications

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency completion)

Indiana medical license (or willing to obtain)

DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain)

COVID-19 vaccination – Required

Comfortable caring for patients of all ages , from pediatrics to geriatrics

Epic EMR experience – Highly Preferred
