Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Title Processor to join our in-office team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and timely closings, particularly for our investor clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in title processing, be fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential and investor-based title files from contract to close
• Prepare and review title commitments, closing documents, and settlement statements
• Work with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to gather required documentation
• Clear title issues and coordinate with underwriters and attorneys as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved in a transaction
• Maintain accurate file records in title software (Qualia or SoftPro)
