Position Summary
The Clinic Director oversees the day-to-day operations of our physical therapy clinic, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, compliance with healthcare regulations, and strong team performance. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative responsibilities to support both staff and patients in achieving optimal results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain and promote a culture of high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
- Monitor clinic metrics, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and daily operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
- Provide direct patient care as needed and support therapists in complex cases
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and community partners to promote the clinic
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the clinics services and patient base
Requirements & Qualifications
Education : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) requiredLicensure : Active Physical Therapy license in TXExperience :Minimum 3 years of clinical physical therapy experience
At least 12 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting preferredStrong knowledge of outpatient rehab operations, billing, compliance, and EMR systemsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamPreferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a Clinic Director, Rehab Manager, or Lead PT roleFamiliarity with performance improvement programs and clinical quality initiativesBusiness development or marketing experience in a healthcare settingWhat We Offer
