About the Role
West Networks LLC, an enterprise leader in SD-WAN solutions and a Peplink Platinum Partner, is seeking a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting and supporting Peplink SD-WAN deployments and related infrastructure. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to resolve complex networking issues and occasionally assist with systems and server troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Peplink SD-WAN solutions and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including WAN, LAN, and VPN configurations.
- Assist with troubleshooting Linux-based systems and servers as needed.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, especially Peplink.Familiarity with enterprise networking environments.Requirements
Required Skills & Certifications
Strong understanding of the OSI model and networking fundamentals.Certifications (or willingness to obtain with provided training) :
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+Linux+Peplink Certified Associate (PCA)Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Benefits
