We have part-time openings on daytime lunch shifts for food service Restaurant Crew Members at Caf Yumm! Old Mill District in the Old Mill District Shopping Center across the Deschutes River from the Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Bend, OR. We also have similar shift availability at Cafe Yumm! Neff Place near St. Charles Medical Center, so please note your preferred location in your application.

Only those with availability to work during the lunch shift Mon-Fri will be considered. Those with flexible availability to work evenings and weekends will be given preference. Those available to work through September 2025 will be highly preferred.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members :

• Starting base wage $17.93 / hour plus $6.36 / hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 7 / 1 / 2024-6 / 30 / 2025).

Job Responsibilities :

Learn all stations in the restaurant : cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill / salads, starts / hot bar.

Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.

Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements :

16 years of age or older.

Possess "can do" attitude.

Arrive on time for every shift.

Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience :

Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit.

Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.

Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
