About the Role

Alumni Ventures (AV) is pioneering the use of AI Pods — compact, high-velocity teams where an executive, cutting-edge technology, and an AI-native operator collaborate to produce outsized results. As an AI Special Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you'll be both a strategic partner and a technical builder — driving the adoption of AI tools and automation that make our people team smarter, faster, and more impactful.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people operations, technology, and organizational design. You'll help the CPO translate bold ideas into scalable solutions that improve how we attract, develop, and engage talent, while equipping the team with the tools and insights to operate at a higher level.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered People Operations

• Partner with the CPO, People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team to embed AI into core People workflows — from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.
• Build and maintain role-specific prompt libraries, templates, and toolkits that make AI a daily enabler across the People function.
• Pilot and evaluate emerging AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and develop use cases tailored to HR needs.
