We are seeking a Full-Time Sous Chef who can support our culinary leadership team, help train and mentor cooks, and execute high-quality, performance-driven meals for elite athletes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support daily kitchen operations with strong professional cooking and leadership skills
- Fabricate proteins and assist the AM team with prep, receiving, and production
- Support night chefs de partie during events and games, ensuring service readiness and helping develop their communication and cooking skills
- Collaborate with purveyors and the chef team on ordering and assist with inventory management
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Follow and execute recipes accurately while contributing creatively to menu development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Ensure proper closing of the client property, completing closing checklists and securing the space
- Support timely, high-quality food preparation for athletes and staff
Requirements :
