About the role

• As a Senior Economist, you will be a leader in Anza MI’s Risk and Analytics organization. You will play a key role in building the organization’s suite of economic models and research.
• The team uses a cloud‑native technology stack to analyze mortgage and economic data to train a suite of predictive models. This suite is used by Anza MI for mortgage insurance policy pricing, capital management, loss reserving, and economic forecasting.
• In addition to training and developing economic models, you will work with Anza’s data scientists to operationalize and optimize the deployment of the economic models.
• You will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of areas within the business, learning all aspects of the mortgage insurance life cycle.
