This is a temporary role starting ASAP through EOY, with the possibility to extend or convert to permanent. Full-time : 40 hours per week during business hours. An ideal candidate must have a strong UI portfolio showcasing website and mobile apps, quality visual execution, consistency, and strong conceptual thinking. Experience with Adobe AEM is a plus. Must be willing to be hands‑on with execution. W2 only; candidate must be located in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and execution of UI across multiple digital products and platforms.
• Drive user‑centered design strategies, from conceptualization to polished visual design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Present and articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Nice-to-Haves

Agency or consultancy experience, eCommerce background, and interest in AI‑driven design.

Location and Compensation

If you reside in NYC, Chicago, Detroit, or Los Angeles and are within a 90‑minute commute to a Dentsu office, this position is hybrid. If you are outside those areas, there is no expectation to be in the office. Location : USA – Remote – Michigan – Eastern Time. Hourly pay range : $54.33 – $87.91. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
